We receive the following Platform Data via Facebook Lead Ads forms:

Patient name
Phone number
Email address
Procedure interest or inquiry details

2. How We Use Your Data
We use Platform Data solely to enable medical practices to follow up with prospective patients:

Incoming lead data is ingested in real time into each clinic’s private CRM workspace.
Authorized clinic staff access these details to schedule consultations and answer patient questions.
All data processing occurs on Microsoft Azure with encryption at rest and in transit.

3. Data Sharing & Retention

We do not sell, rent, or share Platform Data outside of the originating clinic.
Data is retained only as long as necessary for CRM functionality and patient follow-up, after which it is securely deleted in accordance with HIPAA requirements.
