Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Atlas Lead Connector (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description
Atlas Lead Connector is a SaaS platform operated by QuantumMed AI, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us”). It captures Facebook Lead Ads data and delivers it to healthcare practices for patient follow-up and CRM management.

3. Eligibility & Account Responsibility
You must be at least 18 and an authorized representative of a medical or healthcare practice to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Permitted Use
You may use the Service solely to manage patient leads for your practice. You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, or share the Service with unauthorized third parties.

  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to access source code.

  • Use the Service to transmit spam or unlawful content.

5. Fees & Payment
Subscription fees, if applicable, will be invoiced per the plan you select. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

6. Data & Privacy
We process name, phone, email, and procedure interest (“Platform Data”) received from Facebook Lead Ads. Data is stored encrypted on Microsoft Azure and is never sold or shared outside your practice. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. HIPAA Compliance
The Service is designed to support HIPAA compliance; however, you are responsible for using it in a HIPAA-compliant manner, including executing a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with us if required.

8. Intellectual Property
All software, trademarks, and content in the Service are the property of QuantumMed AI, Inc. Except for the limited license granted herein, no rights are transferred to you.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuantumMed AI, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify QuantumMed AI, Inc. from any claims or damages arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
